S04E storage abend while performing Endevor binds

Why do I get the following abend when running DB2 binds in an Endevor processor:

Possible workaround:
Modify all your processors to change the DCB attributes of DBRMLIB allocation. For every occurrence of DBRMLIB, change BLKSIZE to 4000 and add/change BUFNO=1.
This will minimize the size of the leaked storage to a single page and it will be possible to perform more Endevor actions in one job step before the abend occurs.
