I am getting poor response time with CA Output Management Web Viewer 12.1 and Tomcat.  How Can I Resolve this?

A z Integrated Information Processor (somtimes referred to as a zIIP engine) is a specialty offload engine that allows 12.1 Web Viewer to run more efficiently where memory is concerned. It allows tasks like Java to process in the zIIP's execution environment instead of using the main/General Purpose processor. The 12.1 releases of Web Viewer running in the z/OS environment are Java applications that can exploit this scheme to very good benefit. Customers running 12.1 Web Viewer for USS or zLinux are urged to make a zIIP processor available in the environment.
