To check for the presence of user added records in the NETINFO file, use /XDB.FILE to browse the file. 

 

To do this - 

Enter /xdb.file from the command line 

Command ===> /xdb.file 

 

'S'elect the NETINFO1 file

You are looking for ANY entries OTHER than INSTALL in the Record Data field.

If all you have is INSTALL that means there are NO user added/modified entries.
