What is the TPX behaviour, when a session is running as a Pass Mode (session).
Release: 5.4
Component: TPX for Z/OS
From the TPX main menu, downstream application session's can be setup to trigger a PASS session.
(PASS = Y in profile-level or user-level session definition)
When a user selects an application that is triggered with PASS session, TPX "passes" the physical terminal to the session
and does not assign a Virtual terminal, bypassing TPX's presence.
The application communicates directly with the physical terminal as if a session manager is not in use.
When the application session is terminated, TPX regains control of the physical terminal
reinstating the session management function of TPX.
While in PASS mode toggling between sessions (a function of TPX) is no more available.
