A request for output required no specific scratch pool, but the volume mounted was assigned to a specific pool.

This means that we need to check the definitions done in the TMOSCR00 and TMONSM00, correct them and then re-start TMSINIT.
Running a TMSSTATS with PARM='ALL' we can display all parameters and definitions done and used during the start of TMSINIT.
The IBM VTS does not support CA-1 scratch subpooling.
