CA PAMSC 14.0: fails to start with SEOS_getnext error

Issue/Introduction

PAMSC fails to start with SEOS_getnext error in syslog.
This happens very rarely and it starts normally on next try.

Environment

PAM SC 14.0 / AIX
 

Resolution

This is fixed in PAMSC 14.1.

Additional Information

There is a possibility of this problem on all UNIX environment.

Also, There is a possibility of this problem at PIM r12.8 SP1  on all UNIX environment.

Please apply latest Cumulative Patch on each version.
