wily messages in /var/log/messages

Issue/Introduction

We are upgrading our Wily system from Redhat5 to RedHat7 going from Wily version 9.6 to 10.3. We noticed a lot of messages related to Wily in the /var/log/messages file which in turn triggers spectrum alerts on the new system. These messages are logged mainly during system restarts and security scans. Is that expected?

All APM releases.

Scripting error as listed below. This is not expected behavior unless configured.

Corrected version
su - wily -c "/usr/bin/nohup $ISC_HOME/Introscope_Enterprise_Manager&" /dev/null 2>&1

su - wily -c "/usr/bin/nohup $ISC_HOME/Introscope_WebView&" /dev/null 2>&1
 

Additional Information

Customer was seeing Introscope console messages in /var/log/messages. This log is deprecated for some operating systems.
