Update Product Release fails with:

The product View is not available for the following site ID: 999999

Resolution

The reason the task failed is because the Product name "View" does not match the product name on your site's entitlement. You must select the product name that matches the product name on your site's entitlement.

For example:

The product name on the site's entitlement is: 
"ENTITLED" code="OUTV..00200" name="CA View - MVS" site="999999" 

To successfully run the Update Product Release Task, you will need to use the product name "CA View" rather than "View".

Below are the steps to acquire the CA View 12.2 product package:

1. From the Products Tab, find the CA View
2. Right click the release 12.2 right click 
3. Select Update Product Release.

The Update Product Release Task will download any missing packages and all of the maintenance up to date.
