Timesheet Clock and Forward or Back Icon missing after upgrading

Why is the Timesheet ‘’Clock Icon’’, ‘’Forward and Back’’ (See Attachment) icon missing after upgrading to the latest release of CA PPM?


Release: CODFSS99000-15.4-PPM SAAS FedRAMP-Sandbox-Small Environment


The application cache may have been corrupted during the upgrade. In order to resolve this issue, kindly please perform the steps below to flush the browser and application cache.
  1. Clear the browser cache
  2. Clear the CA PPM Server Cache by doing the following
  • ​​Login to CA PPM as an Admin User
  • Modify the URL field to http://<svr>/niku/nu#action:security.caches
  • Click Caches tab, select all and Click FLUSH ALL button
  • Click caches tab, select all and Click FLUSH ALL button
  1. Restart CA PPM app services
