Process Automation began having issues with the SOAP Login operator and no processes are successfully completing now. The only message being captured is "soapenv:Server.generalException com.ca.usm.soap.axisInterfaces.WebServiceException with the Catalog server name as part of the exception. We have bounced the Catalog service, the Catalog server, and Process Automation to no effect. We have not been able to identify any changes to servers on either application and are currently stumped as to why this is occurring. The associated approval process which uses a different login mechanism is working normally, it is only the create sdm ticket process using the SOAP login operator that is failing.
