Issue/Introduction

In OneClick from the Tools menu the Utilities such as Attribute Editor Discovery Console MIB Tools are grayed out

If you are using the Locater tab and select from the top menu Tools, then Utilities you will see options here grayed out.

In order select one of these Utility options such as:

Attribute Editor
Schedule Maintenance
Discovery Console
Event Configuration
Condition Correlation Editor
Device certification
MIB Tools
Service Editor

In OneClick first make sure to select the Explorer or User tab and then select Tools and Utilities and these will now be available.
