Need to know the proper key for the top secrete.

Issue/Introduction

We have received the new keys for CA product for new Hardware z14, I see K4 is missing in the key file and we didn't face any issues still after moving to test system to new hardware. When i went through the LMP key code, I found K4-CA TOP SECRET SECURITY and K0-CA TOP SECRET SECURITY. I have KO in my license file. Could you please let me know whether KO is enough or we need to have both K4 and K0 for CA Top Secret?
