CA SOI Spectrum connector no alerts

Issue/Introduction

We had a situation where many of our Spectrum Admin user models got accidentally deleted, including the CA_SOI user model, which stopped alerts from sending to SOI. We re-created the CA-SOI user but still not alerts are being forwarded. What is the reason? 

Environment

Spectrum version 10.2.2 configured with Failover 
SOI version 4.2
Spectrum Connector 2.0.0.259

Cause

The CA-SOI user model is created as Superuser=FALSE. This does not allow the CA_SOI user model permission to send alarms to the SOI connector

Resolution

Edit the CA-SOI user model for Superuser=YES. Then alerts will be able to forward to SOI.
