Issues regarding the installation the new updates Ver 12.1.6 O/S win 2012r2 No changes in the Environment Test

Resolution

The error it was giving during install was something like "You must start Apache service after install is complete" but what it should have said was, "Please close Apache, then continue install". I closed it and the install ran fine.
