CA PPM-Advanced Reporting gets Phantomjs error

Issue/Introduction

Cannot create report

Executing the Project Status Summary report against any project receives the following error after applying parameters.

Error Message net.sf.jasperreports.engine.JRRuntimeException: Phantomjs process did not end properly; exit value: 255.

CA PPM 15.2 and above, we have changed the phantom reports to HTML5 reports to avoid this issue where the phantom error is thrown.

Workaround - 

Steps to Schedule the Report 
1. Go to Home - Advanced Reporting 
2. View- Repository 
3. Right click on the 'Project Status Summary' report 4. Select 'Schedule...' 
5. Click on the 'Create Schedule' or 'Run Now' 

The default Format is already PDF. 

The PDF report will then show up under the same folder as the report /CA PPM/ Reports/ Project Management folder.
