ASUSPEND ACID shows usage in CA Cleanup

Issue/Introduction

I have an ACID that is ASUSPEND for years but showing usage in CA Cleanup.

an there be any reasons why CA Cleanup would show usage for this ACID?

Resolution

User has NOSUSPEND which will prevent the user from being suspended even though they have any of the suspended attributes like SUSPEND, ASUSPEND and PSUSPEND.
