Getting "MIDL2088: [uuid] format is incorrect" error when trying to generate COM Proxy.

Issue/Introduction

Generating a COM Proxy and get the errors below.  We've selected the "Automatically generate missing UUID" option, but the error still persists:

"Error MIDL2088: [uuid] format is incorrect; Warning MIDL2214: semantic check incomplete due to previous errors".

Does some setting need to be changed?

MIDL2088/MIDL2214 messages usually mean that requested authorizations were not received due to conflicts. Running the Expansion Conflict Report will show who else has subsets checked out. Everything in conflict should be checked backed back into the Encyclopedia. Then check out the needed subsets and try compiling COM Proxies again.
