How to add OBS field to Blueprint in new UX

Resolution

1. Create OBS in Administration>>OBS
2. Associate the OBS to Project Object 
3. Click the hyperlink to view the attribute that is created on the Object Attribute page.
4. Enter in the API Attribute ID
5. Click Save
6. Go to CA PPM new UX
7. From the blueprint list, click the name of the blueprint that you want to edit.
8. On the details page that displays the currently published blueprint layout, click Edit.
9. Search for the OBS and drag and drop from the Fields list onto an existing section within the blueprint.
10. Click Publish to save your changes and make the new layout available to projects. All projects associated with this blueprint display the new layout.
