Issue/Introduction

We have performed the integration between CABI and CA PM and the CABI data source is synced and available. When we attempt to render a report from the CABI server we are getting errors. 

Error Message

net.sf.jasperreports.engine.JRException: net.sf.jasperreports.engine.JRException: Unable to get count from :[http://<CAPCSERVER>:8181/pc/odata/api/devices/$count]. Response is not a number

Resolution

The reports were being run on CABI server as the super user. To run CAPM reports on the CABI server you need to be a user synced from the CAPC server.
