When we tried to do an update we got this error message LCL12084 in Message Log:Error locking local model "<path of the model>" Access denied
I've tried rebooting the PC and tried to create documents in the folder but the issue persisted.
CA Plex 7.2.1 and higher
Please check the write access to the folder where is the MDL file locates--if you don't have write access to the folder this happens.
After check and give write access, if problem persists, please contact Broadcom Support.
