Jasper server reimported users from Spectrum

Issue/Introduction

After restarting the Spectrum OneClick Report Manager (SRM) and Jasper systems, Spectrum users are re-imported into Jasper. Jasper is configured with LDAP. This causes Jasper to authenticate with the username and password imported from Spectrum and not with LDAP.

The users imported into Jasper must be deleted manually to resolve the issue until the next time the SRM and Jasper systems are restarted.

Environment

Spectrum 10.2.3 and below integrated with Jasper configured with LDAP.

Resolution

This issue is addressed in Spectrum 10.03.00. A new "userSync" preference has been added to the OneClick Administration -> Report Manager -> Preferences page to enable or disable the user sync process.
