CA Automic Web Interface (AWI) shows in Post Condition a Number instead of Text

Issue/Introduction

In the Post-Condition of a Job in AWI is in addition to the Standard Text (Blocked because of Postconditions) also a number present and only this number (##38239) is shown in the Details as Status Text if the job within the JOBP has an Error:

 

The issue occurs with objects which were migrated from an older version and were initially created within the deprecated Java-UserInterface.

With new created objects the number is not present.

Cause

A problem has been fixed when a workflow is blocked, a user sees a number instead of the text at the ‘Status Text’ in the details of the monitor.

Resolution

Solution:
Upgrade to the fix version below or a higher one.
