Spectrum failed to trigger Disk offline alarm

Issue/Introduction

Spectrum is not triggering disk offline alarms for some of the windows models.

"Alarm if offline" option is checked in the file system monitor configuration.

Environment

10.2.2 version

Cause

Issue is occurring because different OID instance is used to send the disk information every time. where as spectrum checks for the response from the same OID instance

Resolution

This issue is addressed in Spectrum 10.2.2 with the 10.02.02_PTF_10.2.235 patch.

This issue is addressed in Spectrum 10.3.0 with the 10.03.00.BMP_10.3.001 patch.

This issue is also addressed in 10.3.2 and greater.
