SAP jobs result not visible after execution on the SAP system

Issue/Introduction

R3-SAP jobs are seen as correctly executed with ENDED_OK in Automation Engine, but no records are visible in SM37 Transaction output the SAP system.

Cause

The first thing that should be checked is the setting of the R3 job. in the SAP Settings of the R3-Job, it is necessary to verify what has been set in the 'Delete Job'-Section what should happen with the Job Records once execution has been terminated.

Resolution

If it is necessary to conserve the Job records in the SM37 transaction Panel the first option should be checked ==> 'Do not delete job'.

If option 'Always delete job in CCMS after completion' is activated, Jobs are deleted by One Automation from SAP application server.
