Issue/Introduction
How to restrict the Maximum CPU usage so that the machine doesn't hung or crash.
When we restart the connector service, for 15 to 20min server CPU usage was high reaching to 90 to 100% sometimes it is hung or crash. We need to reset the VM to bring it up.

Environment
SOI Connector version = 4.2.0.188
SOI Version = 4.2.0.281
spectrum version = 10.2.3 R
SOI Version = 4.2.0.281

Resolution
We dont have any such attribute to set the maximum level for CPU.
For memory we have the settings.
