EMAIL queue is growing and probe restarts every 20 minutes

Issue/Introduction

EMAIL queue is growing.
No emails are sent via emailgtw probe.
PID of emailgtw probe is changing every 20 minutes.
 

Environment

emailgtw probe ANY version

Cause

SMTP server was unable to respond to emailgtw probe's request.
emailgtw probe shutdown itself when there is no response from SMTP server.
Here are probe logs.

Resolution

Investigate SMTP server side problem.
