Which FMIDs are required when installing Detector and Subsystem Analyzer

Issue/Introduction

Installing Detector for Db2 for z/OS (PDT) and Subsystem Analyzer for Db2 for z/OS (PSA) r20, the native SMP/E install
jobs have all of the Database Management FMIDs to be installed by default.  Which FMIDs are necessary for those two products.

The following lists the FMIDs necessary for a successful installation of PDT and PSA:
CPUTK00, CINSK00, CPDTK00, CPSAK00, CSQ2100, CTGRK00, COFSK00, CUTSK00
