17.1 or  17.1 with rollup1 

Cause

It is a bug in catalog 17.1 

Resolution

1 .   recent incremental testfix  T6D9388  after 17.1 rollup1 patch   addressed this problem .      Pre-req of  T6D9388  : 17.1 rollup1   and  T6D9385 .  Please open a support case to obtain T6D9388

2.  T6D9388  will be rolled into upcoming 17.1 rollup2 patch , which will be available in 4th quarter 2018
