OpenShift Monitor - Seeing no Project Folders in Investigator

Issue/Introduction

We have deployed the infrastructure agent on the Openshift server. In the Test environment we were able to see the project information under the OpenShift node in the investigator tree.

Deployment looks fine from the platform perspective in both the test and production. But the production does not show the projects information. 

Note: In Investigator (Openshift>Project>Project Name)

Resolution

The service account had no default project.
