PIM r14.0: A license setting directory is not exist on PIM r14.

Issue/Introduction

Customer get license file for PIM r14.0 from our sales . And when he apply it, he cannot find license module folder anywhere.
Where is license module directory?

PIM r14 and PAM SC ( Both of Server Component and Endpoint) 14 does not install license module since it is not available on the product.
