Issue/Introduction

When doing a database backup of the different nodes of a PAM cluster installation, we see the output files have different sizes, even though we may expect them to have the same as they are synchronized.
Is this normal?

Why do the database backup files have different sizes if my cluster nodes are correctly synchronized?

Environment

Physical or Virtual appliances running PAM 3.2

Resolution

The database information sent to the secondary site nodes during cluster synchronization does not include the metric and auditlog database tables from credential management, as this information is unique for each database.

The metric and auditlog database tables contain information that is used for credential management reports.
