In order an acid can access to SDSF from any system, the following authorization is needed:

TSS PER(youracid) SDSF(ISF.CONNECT)

or 

TSS PER(ALL) SDSF(ISF.CONNECT)

Also have an FIS entry in all of the required tables in SDSF
