How to find projects which is already checkout by scheduler?
I want to find projects which are currently locked because it is opened with read-write access by Open Workbench or MSP, or the project is in a Clarity 'Tentative Schedule' mode.

The Clarity Administrator has security access permissions to view and unlock records in the system through the hidden Security Locks page. 

1. Open System Locks page. 
     <PPM URL>/niku/nu#action:security.locks 

2. "Import Export Lock" data is the project which was already checkout by a scheduler. 
     Instance Id represents the Project ID (code). 

 

Additional Information

As an alternative, to provide a list of locked projects to other users without providing access to remove the locks, it is possible to find such projects by using a query on the PRLOCK table directly where the type is 'Import Export Lock'. 

An NSQL Query can be developed for a Portlet to provide this information to end-users through a Page Channel Module.
