Issue/Introduction

Apache Web Agent stops responding after several minutes with no load.

Environment

Release: MSPJBO99000-12.52-Single Sign-On-Agent for JBoss-for MSP
Component:

Cause

The problem persisted with the Web Agent disabled, and thus was an Apache issue.  In this case, the host OS was running low on resources.

Resolution

Make sure Apache is healthy and working as expected before installing/enabling the Web Agent.
