Issue/Introduction

  • An Auto-Start process is not working in Clarity PPM.
  • The criteria is met for the process to initiate automatically, however, the process will not kick off

Environment

Release: All Supported Releases
Component: ODBPM

Resolution

Flush the PPM cache.
