Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to VAPP version 14.2  the startup procedure on reboot is not correctly starting CA Directory
After a reboot, VAPP the Directory Router isn't starting which in turn fails the startup of IDM and Portal.

CA Directory router will start Manually after the reboot with:
dxserver start DSANAME

Then once CA Directory is started VAPP will start all components correctly.

Environment

This issue cannot be reproduced on a fresh 14.2 deployment and can only occur during an upgrade from 14.1.   During the upgrade, the startup sequence is being updated throughout the applications except for the CA Directory startup. 
Additionally, this issue should only occur when the User Store is on a remote host.

Resolution

This issue has been resolved in a hot fix for 14.2.  If you are experiencing this issue after upgrading from 14.1 to 14.2 please open a support case.
