JCLCHECK CAY6130W with dynamic system symbols

Issue/Introduction

JCLCHECK issues the following warning message when using dynamic system symbols:

CAY6130W NO VALUE SPECIFIED FOR SYMBOLIC PARAMETER    
                     PARAMETER RETAINED AS WRITTEN  

The system symbols are defined in SYS1.PARMLIB member IEASYMxx.

Resolution

Specify the runtime option JOBT(S) instead of the default value JOBT(J).
When specifying jobtype of J (batch job), symbolic substitution is  disabled. It is only done for JOBT(S) or JOBT(T)
