Why do the permissions on certain iDash files and directories have a "T" or a "t"?

Resolution

The ‘t’ indicates execute privilege. The ‘T’ or ‘t’ will take the place of the last ‘-‘ or ‘x’ indicator of the permission when the sticky bit is set. This is done for directories to indicate who can rename or delete files in the directory.
