Wells Fargo password are reset via OTP and therefor the normal password reset in Transaction Manger differs from normal password reset.
Wells Fargo used OTP messages to reset password.
Log into Secure7
Select the desired user type to reset (Reset Issuer Admin Password OR Reset Administrator Password)
Select Issuer: Well Fargo Bank NA
Select user to be reset
In the 'Remarks' section, enter the Case ID the customer requested the password reset.

User must have been created with either an email OR mobile number so that OTP messages can be received. If the user was not created with one of these contact methods, a reset is not possible. If this is the case, the user will need to be recreated anew.
