Displaying listing is sometimes denied by security

Issue/Introduction

The message intermittently occurring is: ICH408I USER(user) GROUP(group) NAME(user_name) class_name CL($ENDEVOR) INSUFFICIENT ACCESS AUTHORITY FROM ** (G) ACCESS INTENT(READ ) ACCESS ALLOWED(NONE ). Why is this sometimes happening when I try to display from an element selection list ?

Environment

The ESI table (BC1TNEQU) has the element name as part of the NAMEQU for ACTION_INITIATION

Resolution

Documented problem P7653. The ESI (EN$TRESI) trace show '$' instead of the element name. Fix is available.
