Issue/Introduction

The message intermittently occurring is: ICH408I USER(user) GROUP(group) NAME(user_name) class_name CL($ENDEVOR) INSUFFICIENT ACCESS AUTHORITY FROM ** (G) ACCESS INTENT(READ ) ACCESS ALLOWED(NONE ). Why is this sometimes happening when I try to display from an element selection list ?

18.0 ONLY 

Resolution

The ESI table (BC1TNEQU) has the element name as part of the NAMEQU for ACTION_INITIATION - The ESI (EN$TRESI) trace show '$' instead of the element name. 

This  is a known problem and is resolved by for Endevor 18.0 - PTF SO05293 resolves the problem.
