End users are receiving HTTP Status 401 error message when viewing/download a
CA Service Catalog attachment via
CA Service Desk.
IMPORTANT: It happens only in
Chrome browser.

According to Internet Engineering Task Force:
401 Unauthorized: The 401 (Unauthorized) status code indicates that the request has not been applied because it lacks valid authentication credentials for the target resource.
