User cannot sign up when there is a dot (.) in the Organization name

Issue/Introduction

Even after upgrade to CR08 or later there is still an issue when trying to register user when the user has dot "." in Organization name. 

The error message would be
"The organization name cannot contain characters used in urls or markup"

To activate the fix and get this working please make sure of the following:

Add the following property to properties.xml: (Property name="AllowDotOrgNames" value="true" /). Save and Publish the file
