Clarity PPM SaaS Clarity PPM On Premise

Issue/Introduction

If you are a Clarity SAAS On Demand customer, are authorized to access Advanced Reporting via the Home > Advanced Reporting link, and see the following message "The Service is Currently Unavailable" you are likely experiencing an On Demand Jaspersoft Server outage.



If you are a CA PPM On-Premise customer are authorized to access Advanced Reporting via the Home > Advanced Reporting link, you will get an error message, but not the Service Status page as shown above.

Resolution

If you are still unable to access Clarity Advanced Reporting please refer to the following:

  • For Clarity SAAS Customers: Please open a Broadcom Support case or call 1-800-225-5224.
  • For Clarity On Premise, if you get an Apache "Internal Server Error" or "Service Unavailable" please notify your Clarity Administrator or open a Support case. There are a number of causes for a 500 Internal Server Error to display in a web browser and the Clarity team will need to investigate.
