If you are a Clarity SAAS On Demand customer, are authorized to access Advanced Reporting via the Home > Advanced Reporting link, and see the following message "The Service is Currently Unavailable" you are likely experiencing an On Demand Jaspersoft Server outage.
If you are a CA PPM On-Premise customer are authorized to access Advanced Reporting via the Home > Advanced Reporting link, you will get an error message, but not the Service Status page as shown above.
