What does PTF RO97130 do with Vkgparm PLSBYPAS (VDSBYPAS) ?

When PTF RO97130 is applied and Vkgparm PLSOPT17 (Y) is specified,
CA ACF2 will record a data set Security Violation and issue message ACF99913
for the pseudo data set 'VDSBYPAS.X'.

Description of Vkgparm PLSOPT17...
N - Feature inactive (default).
Y - UserID checked to see if authorized to use DDname specified in PLSBYPAS.
If not authorized, bypass ignored and VAM0038 issued

Additional Information

In ACF2, specify a security rule to allow or log access to the VDSBYPAS DD.
The following is an example rule that will allow logged access to all users.
 $KEY(VDSBYPAS)
 X UID(*) ALLOC(L)

NOTE: If your site has changed the bypass DD by using the sysparm PLSBYPAS,
then substitute the alternate DD name in place of "VDSBYPAS".
