The Agent Last Run date for All Computers can be sorted on in DSM Explorer by selecting All Computers sorting on the
"Agent Last Run" column:

A report of all agent machines that have not contacted/updated the domain manager since a certain time could also be made.
First create a New query, select New- Computer- General Inventory- Computer- Last Agent Run and set the date to less than
a certain date such as 2 weeks ago:

After saving the above query a report based on the query can be made:
In reporter right click Report Templates and select to create a new Report Template, select Asset or user Report, give it a name and in the query field select the query made earlier then save and run the report:
