After installing CA Identity Governance (IG) into the CA Identity Manager (IM) Environment the following error can be seen in the IG logs.
11:42:17,462 ERROR [com.eurekify.tms.demo.services.BugTicketService] (Thread-136) Fail to start TMS Bug Ticket, cannot connect to tms service at http://governance.manpowergroup.com/eurekify/services/TMSService?wsdl
However, the IG application is accessible after a restart. The IG User Interface (UI) seems ok, you can connect it to IDM and the import works well.
Is this normal? Why do we see this error after the restart and how to fix it?
The TMS is in charge of the conversation between IG and Workpoint workflow.
Check what you have for the following settings in IG. Please review and configure these properties.
If there are no other issues in the IG Environment the error can be considered benign.
