Receives message "IKJ56485I THE ACCOUNT NUMBER IZUACCT IS A DEFAULT NAME - YOU MAY CHANGE IT"

Try it without the ‘/&userpw’ in the logon string and without the LOGON script.
You should get the TSO/E logon panel prefilled with the PROC and ACCT from the logon string.
If you don’t, then you may have a TSO preprompt exit that is doing something.
