Issue/Introduction

Non-reusable NCM tasks are stuck in the Completed awaiting Destroy state and never get removed

Environment

Spectrum 10.2.x
Spectrum 10.3

Cause

When a task is complete it should get an association created to the LostFound model.

Resolution

This issue has been addressed in Spectrum 10.3.1 and greater.
