Resolution

Please follow the below steps to make sure the Rule is created as per the requirement.

1) Once the Rule is been created and the Ruleset is Migrated to Production.
2) Verify in the option "Rules and Scoring Management" and make sure the Rule has been Enabled under Active Section (the checkbox need to be ticked).
3) Run the "Analyze Transactions" report, and go to the column "Rule Results" and search with the Rule name, if the Rule is Active you will be able to find the Rulename, and you can find the status as well, if the Rulename = Y, it signifies as the rule has been matched, if the Rulename = N, it signifies as the rule did not match.
4) If the Rulename = N, please review the Rule Definition again and make the changes as required.
If the Rulename = Y, and if it doesn't reflect under "Matched Rule", please compare the priority of the Rule which is expected to be matched and which actually Matched.
