Issue/Introduction

When the following actions are made then the 1st row on the portlet is not shown and do you have any workaround ?
This happens on Chrome and does not happen on IE.
1. enlarge the window
2. Scroll down and go back to top.

Resolution

This does not happen with zoom:100% or 125% but happens on zoom :150%.

If you click the tiny space on 1st row then 1st row shows successfully.

This happens on the zoom percentage so that this is the issue on Chrome with zoom percentage.
